BLOATING: Solution
- Make sure she drinks enough water - at least six or eight
glasses a day, ideally filtered. Manchester based nutritionist,
Elizabeth Harfleet, says: "Supplying the body with sufficient
water reduces the need to hang on to any excess in the form
of bloating. As sodium attracts water, it may also be helpful
to reduce salt in the diet." |
