  BLOATING: Solution - Make sure she drinks enough water - at least six or eight glasses a day, ideally filtered. Manchester based nutritionist, Elizabeth Harfleet, says: "Supplying the body with sufficient water reduces the need to hang on to any excess in the form of bloating.
