  • ‘Festive Food & Drink’ – was also written for Your Home & Garden magazine, offering practical tips and ideas on surviving the Christmas celebrations.

  • ‘Bid farewell to stress’ was an article written for the Oxford Mail magazine. It contained ‘antidotes’ to the round of seasonal festivities and tips for starting 2004 on a healthy note.

  • Published highlight of 2003! A centre page article in the Daily Express, written by award winning health journalist Frances Ive. The article focussed on natural solutions to infertility and featured one of Elizabeth’s clients who, after several failed attempts with IVF, conceived naturally after making changes to her diet and lifestyle. Lorraine and her husband Andrew are now the proud parents of a healthy boy who was born 12 months after their first consultation with Elizabeth.

  • Tips on maximising your energy by eating the right foods in the right way, for Zest magazine.

  • Nutritional input for Health Plus! magazine’s feature on obesity. The feature took a close look at the eating habits of both the UK and the USA. The purpose was to assess the real cost we may be paying for our ‘meal deals’.

  • A three page feature in Holland & Barrett’s ‘Healthy’ magazine. Six people volunteered for a ‘supplement make-over’ and received specialist health advice from both Elizabeth Harfleet and medical herbalist Stuart Fitzsimmons.
