| If so, then intolerance to certain foods
may be to blame. |
|
| Eating the right food is vitally important for
your general well-being. I would therefore recommend taking
a food intolerance test. The most effective and easy to use
intolerance test I have found is Yorktest. Visit our food intolerance testing page for more information about the different tests available. |

This simple, revolutionary YES/NO test will tell
you if you have any IgG food intolerances.

How the Works
The test is done by simply pricking your finger
and absorbing a drop of blood into a wand about the size of
a matchstick. The wand safely stores your blood until it reaches
the laboratory for analysis. There's no need to fast or visit
your GP before you take the blood sample. |
| |
| The testing procedure is very simple: |
· We send you a Food Intolerance Indicator
Test (£19.97)
· You take a pinprick sample of blood and send it to
Yorktest
· Yorktest carry out accurate laboratory analysis
· Within 10 working days you will receive a clear Yes/No
result |
|
| Two levels of in-depth testing are available: |
1. foodSCAN Food Intolerance 76
Food Test (£210) checks for intolerances of 76 foods
for allergic reactions. This is only available through selected
practitioners.
2. foodSCAN Food Intolerance 113
Food Test (£270) is our most popular test. It provides
a detailed assessment of your reactions to 113 foods. |

"It seems incredible that a few ordinary
foods could have made me so ill for so long. In just a few weeks
my asthma got a lot better and I started to feel much healthier.
From using six or more inhalers a day I now go for days without
needing any. I used to be tired all the time, now I feel full
of energy. Thanks to a tiny drop of blood, and a change of diet,
I feel better today than I have felt in 20 years."
Karen Thompson had eczema and asthma
for 20 years |
| |
"It feels as though a shroud has been lifted
from me. I have 100 per cent more energy. It used to be an effort
to go up the stairs. I used to get headaches most days, and
they have gone. I was overweight before and I have lost two
stones. I used to get sinus twinges almost every day, and that
has cleared up. I used to sweat a lot, but now I can walk and
run and just don't sweat. I feel more relaxed as well."
Fenton Rixon was plagued by acid indigestion
for 20 years, and suffered from regular headaches, sinusitis
and fatigue |
